Robert K. Strauss, J.D. is the Chairman and CEO of Emerging Money and inventor of the popular Stock to Cash® 90% non-recourse stock loan program. Mr. Strauss is an honors graduate of the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and the Boston University School of Law. Mr. Strauss is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut. In 1984, he joined the New York City law firm of Epstein Becker & Green, where he practiced general litigation and taxation. In 1990, Mr. Strauss chaired a division of the Probate and Trust Law Committee of the American Bar Association and founded the American Bar Association’s Trust & Estates Law Report.

Mr. Strauss co-authored and edited Survivorship Life Insurance, a book published by the ABA. He is a frequent speaker at major industry events including the International Forum, and has been a contributing author and commentator to many publications including National Underwriter Trusts & Estates Magazine, Performance Magazine, Institutional Investor and Senior Awareness Magazine.
